\" In a long forgotten century, from all over the continent, great ships sail West to conquer a New World. Mens eager to seek their dreams, their fortune, to find new adventures in new lands. Who never long for these buried worlds, for these faraway uncharted seas filled of legends, to discover secret gold on a mountain trail high in the unknown forest ? Who never dreamt of following the path of the setting sun that leads to the wealth and the legends of the Mysterious Cities of Gold ? \" A mix tribute to the fantasy world and The mysterious Cities of Gold. It took me one full year to build it. I learned a lot of new technics (Magic effects, waterfall, fire, rocks and resin modeling, electricity work, ...) Everything except the pearls, Swarovski crystals, Figures and Dragons have been created form scratch. Dragons have been as well hand painted which was quite a challenge as they are not GK and where made of one single piece which didn\'t help the painting. I hope you like it too.

Hi Oliver, I just saw your video tutorial on E2046 youtube channel and I was wondering if you have more tutorials like that ? The videos were awesome and I learn a lot ... I'm sure others feel the same way :D
Always glad to see other people in Belgium with the same passion ! Cheers !

Hi Kwen
Thank you very much for your comment. Glad you liked them.
Indeed, there is not much people with that passion in Belgium.
Regarding your question, unfortunately, no, I haven't yet done other tutorial video
mainly because that is quite time consuming and I have a lot of figure in my backlog
( but you have the Work In Progress for my diorama of last year though that explains some other things:
http://www.e2046.com/gallery/view/16550 ). I might do other in the future butnot real plan yet.
Is there any specific topic for tutorial you are looking for ?

Thanks for the feedback Olivier ! I don't have a specific topic :D I know pretty much all the theory but just need to find the courage to start working on my kits :p. Looking at videos like the ones you created help a lot for building confidence ! I guess I will just have to start on a cheap one. Keep up the great work !

Maybe just a small question since you also live in Belgium ... do you buy your stuff locally ? I have a hard time finding all the materials I need locally. It seems a bit silly to order small stuff like paints and putty online ... no ?

Yes, I buy nearly all my material in local store. You can go in any shop that do "standard" modelism things (trains/plane/tank...). That depends were you live, but I think there is one in most of the big/average city in Belgium. You can have some address there: http://www.pagesdor.be/modeles-reduits/

For some material, I go to CREATIVA / CREACORNER and for diorama or tools: BRICO, DEMA and HUBO shops.
Sometimes, I shop online when I need something very specific, but it's quite rare.

That's mainly it.
Hope it helps.

Woh, this is just AWESOME ! Incredible quality of details, scenery, lights and staging, this is probably one of the best figure diorama I've ever seen ^^

Only I like less the warrior girls's eyes... All the rest is gorgeous.

Thank you very much Svan.
I tried a glassy eyes technique on both for the fist time. I hope next ones will be better.
Cheers.
