The following factors will lead to disqualification:
1. Entry has less than 5 pictures (except main image)
2. Entry card is missing
3. Incorrect or unfilled entry card
4. Using entry card from other year's contest
5. Entry card is added to the picture via photoediting
6. Using work that does not belong to you

Part B: The Categories
We have three major categories: Figure, Robot and Diorama.
Figure Clarification
- Entry will count on the KIT only. The base or any add-on will not be considered as part of the judging criteria.
- Figure must be in resin.
- Add-ons can be made of any material. They would not be considered as part of the main body and should be removable while the kit will still be able to stand on its own for display.
- Scratch building or conversion of existing resin kit is highly encouraged.
- Entry will count on the KIT only. The base or any background element will not be considered as part of the judging criteria.
- Robot must be in resin UNLESS the entry is a Resin Conversion Set with plastic frame.
- Add-ons can be made of any material. They would not be considered as part of the main body and should be removable while the kit will still be able to stand on its own for display.
- Scratch building or conversion of existing resin kit is highly encouraged.
- For Diorama, display base, add-on or other accessories must be present. These elements will be part of the judging criteria.
- At least ONE model in the scene must be in resin.
- Add-on can be made with other materials.
A good diorama must tells some stories, action or event. Thus items in the scene must consist of interaction. Customized works are highly appreciated. In other words, putting a few unrelated models on a fancy base will severely affect the judging result.

A description can be provided to describe for the entry. It may help others to understand more about the work, but it is absolutely NOT a channel for telling the story or action and thus will NOT be counted in judging.
Part C: Eligibility, Terms & Conditions
- You must be a member of E2046.
- You may enter all three categories.
- A kit can only be submitted once, e.g. a figure must not appear in both a figure entry and a diorama entry.
- Judges have the right to acquire proof from participants to show that their works are original.
- As a competition aimed for fun, sharing and to realize the spirit of modelling, participants must submit a completely new work for the GK Contest. You are not allowed to upload any picture of your entry kit (s) or respective WIP elsewhere on internet Before Public Polling Begins.
- Judges cannot participate in this contest.
- Judges have the right to disqualify any entries that violate the Rules and Regulations.
- Reporting feature will take place, any violation of this rule will lead to direct disqualification.
- Any dispute must be submitted On or Before 29 June.
- E2046 reserves the right for final decision.
- Please fill in the Application Form. Once registered, we will send you a confirmation email with entry number(s) and other relevant information.
- You can always participate in other categories via Contest Panel before registration ends.
- Please download Entry Card via Contest Panel.
- Contestant can upload entry(s) from Contest Panel after registration.
- Each entry must consist of 5-30 photos.
- Each entry should have a main image of size 152x123 px.
- Each image will have a maximum resolution of 1024x768 px. Auto-resize feature will be provided.
- No combined photos are allowed.
- Photoediting, watermarking is strictly prohibited.
- Beneficial rights of any submissions reserve to E2046.
- Contestants MUST include the Entry Card in At Least 1 Photos in a single entry.
- Both printed and electronic version of Entry Card will be accepted as long as all required field was completed.
- Entry Cards added onto photos by all image editing methods is prohibited. Entries without a valid Entry Card will be disqualified.
Judging will be conducted by E2046 staff, forum moderators and special guests (if any).

Winners
- For each category, Champion, 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up will be present.
- Results will be announced on 02 July at E2046. Winners will also be notified via Contact Us messages.
