Product is now under reservation. We will have you notified once a batch arrived

Pre-order (Prepaid)
Payment received. Shipment will be arranged once a batch arrived

Deposit Request
Deposit should be cleared as soon as possible according to email instructions

Deposit Success
Deposit received. Order status would be changed to Pre-order.

Handling
Product reserved and order on hold for specific reason

Payment Request
Outstanding balance should be cleared as soon as possible according to email instructions

Payment Request (Postage)
Postage should be cleared as soon as possible according to email instructions

Payment Success
Payment received. Shipment will be arranged as soon as possible.

Payment Success (Postage)
Postage received. Shipment will be arranged as soon as possible.

Payment Success (Prepaid)
Prepaid product arrived. Shipment will be arranged as soon as possible.

Internal Processing
Payment confirmed, now under inspection and pending for shipment

Shipment Notice
Product sent. Please note the Shipment Date and Postal Recipient Code

No Settlement
When transaction is not completed in 10 days upon payment request, the order will be cancelled by system at 17:30 GMT+0800 on the day of deadline; cancellation during Payment/Deposit Request will be counted as No Settlement as well

Replacement Request
Replacement(s) requested. Please wait for further updates.

Returned Goods
We have received the returned product. It will be processed as soon as possible

Shipment Notice (Parts)
Replacement sent. Please note the Shipment Date and Postal Recipient Code

Cancel Order
Cancellation of order before purchase or unable to supply

Customer Cancellation
Cancellation request by customer after purchase
