Depending on cases, repairing, or refunding might be offered. For repairing, please follow instructions from our staff and use Registered Airmail for returning. Shipping fee will be refunded as Cash Coupon after receiving. However, if the kit was returned with unauthorized methods, the postage would only be limited to the shipping fee as if the Registered Airmail was used.
Please note that the request and the return should be lodged and completed within 2 months upon shipment notice. Otherwise, both returned and re-sending postage will be borne by customer and our supplier would require repairing fee at customer costs or even reject it.
