Should I change the address on PayPal or Alipay if it is not correct?

All products will be shipped according to the address on the order. Should there be any changes, please update via My Account. Please make sure the address is correct. If a package is returned due to invalid address, members will have to clear all related shipping fee(s) before we can re-arrange a delivery. Also, change of address by leaving messages in remark section of PayPal or Alipay is not acceptable.

Will I be charged after shipping fee update in after?

Due to improvement of the packaging or Postal Service, the postage may vary on different batch. We will proceed as below examples if the shipping fee difference on prepaid orders.
Example 1: US$10.00 on order. After weight apply, the correct shipping fee should be US$15.00. Difference of US$5.00 will need to be collected, we will send you payment request for postage.
Example 2: US$20.00 on order. Shipping fee updated as US$15.00 when stock arrived. We will refund the difference US$5.00 by cash coupon after shipment notice.
Products without shipping fee means postage is only available after first arrival. We will update the postage and then sending Postage Request.

How to deal with lost package

Registered Airmail - enquiry of any damage, delay or loss package should be raised within 3 months upon shipment;
EMS - enquiry of any damage, delay or loss package should be raised within 3 months upon shipment;
SF Express - enquiry of any damage, delay or loss package should be raised within 1 months upon shipment.

Actual time for tracing any package would take around 2-3 months, depending on the destination postal service.

What shipment methods were provided?

We offer Registered Airmail*, Speedpost (EMS), Surface Mail and UPS Courier Service. SF Express and SF Economy are also available for customers from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore and Malaysia. For regions with no SF Economy service for the time being, normal SF Express will be used; please refer to Reference Shipping on respective product pages.

Registered Airmail normally takes 7 to 16 working days to arrive;
Speedpost (EMS) normally takes 3 to 6 working days to arrive;
Surface Mail normally takes 21 to 70 working days to arrive. ( For Asian regions, it normally takes 21 to 45 working days; For European and other regions, it normally takes 40 to 70 working days )

Hong Kong customers can also choose the Self-Pick up service:

You will be notified by WhatsApp upon goods arrival, please come to pick up within 5 working days upon notice. From the 6th to the 10th day, there will be a surcharge of HK$10 per day. If the goods have not been picked up for more than ten days, they are deemed to be no settlement orders. Please call us at 3583 1169 or WhatsApp 6706 0784 ten minutes before arrival.

* For Registered Airmail, due to size limitation, please note that for all packages (with packing material included), if the sum of length, width and depth Exceed 90cm, any side Exceed 60cm or weight Exceed 2kg, it will be shipped as Parcel.

Shipping fees are calculated on what basis?

Our shipping fee is calculated according to the Postal Service fee table. Price of Registered Airmail is displayed on every product page. When proceed to checkout, you will be asked to select shipping option. Respective costs are also shown in detail. However, please bear in mind that minimum weight will be applied for EMS service (500g).

On the other hand, SF Express and SF Economy would be a good option as they offer a lower rate and it supports fee collection upon delivery. For less dense items, they generally occupy more space, in comparison to its actual weight. Therefore, shipping rate is calculated based on the actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater. With reference to the industry practice, the formula used to calculate volumetric weight (in kg) is: Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) ÷ 6,000

We can only take actual weight of products after first delivery. Thus shipping fee are subject to change

What needs to be done if shipment returned?

Shipment might returned due to various reasons like insufficient address, non-claimed etc. If this is the case, member would have to clear the shipping (and the return fee, if applicable) before we can re-ship it.

What areas does the postal service cover?

Registered Airmail, Speedpost (EMS) by HongKong Post had covered most country & region all over the world. Please take note that EMS offers service neither to any military restricted area nor military vessel; as for SF Express, they cover nearly 200 cities and more than 900 counties throughout Mainland China excluding Qinghai and Tibet; also for most district in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau & Singapore, for regions beyond SF Express service coverage, your package will be shipped to a neighbour area and you will be notified for pick-up.

What will be changed when I edit the default address?

Customer is allowed to edit the default address through the site " Address Book " subject to the Country / Region remains unchanged. You could only contact us to edit the default address when you want to change to another Country / Region.

When the default address is changed but use the same Country / Region, all outstanding orders with below order status will be changed automatically as well. 
Status : Pre-order, Pre-order (Prepaid), Payment Request, Payment Request (Postage), Deposit Request. 
However, the order with below order status will NOT be changed automatically. Customer must contact us as sooon as possible to see if we could help to change the address. Obviously E2046 can do nothing in case it is on the way to destination.
Status : Payment Success, Payment Success (Prepaid), Payment Success (Postage), Internal Processing.

When the default address is changed to another Country / Region, all outstanding orders' shipping fee (if available) will be re-calculated & requested to pay again.


How are products packed?

GK Figures & Robots
All our GK parts will be packed in plastic bags in portions and surrounded in bubble wrap. Double cardboard boxes and plastic blister will be used. 

Gathering Pre-painted Kit
All our Gathering will have parts wrapped in plastic bags and cotton blankets, then put in the expandable polyethylene block. Double cardboard boxes and plastic blister will also be used. 

PVC & Dolls
All PVC and Dolls will come with original packing. In addition, the item will be wrapped in double bubble wraps and cardboard to enhance safety. Box filled with shock-absorbing paper pieces. 

Are kits from E2046 legit for imports?

We are experienced in trading with international customers from all over the world. Import problems are rare. However, we recommend you check against your country's custom for inflammable, sharp edged and adult products.

How to track your shipped order?

We suggest you to use Track Now which is found in every shipped order with status Shipment Notice, just enter and input the postal receipt code which is also provided in your order.

I can't track my package at the end, what should I do? You can contact your local Post Office with postal receipt code Or contact us if they no longer provide any tracking service. However, Hong Kong Post will generally reply us more than one month investigation time after received our enquiry submission form. 

Please be advised that we would not provide tracking service to replacement case, you can contact us if found nothing after one month shipping time.

What can be done if the shipment is detained by local Custom?

Custom in some countries are quite strict on importing goods. Please Contact Us and inform us of the case. We would send an invoice to you via email. Take the invoice to the Customs and you should be able to redeem the package.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?

Once an order is available for shipment, please allow two business days for a payment to clear if the order was not prepaid. Once payment is cleared, we will proceed shipment within five business days and you will be provided with tracking information once out.

How to switch the shipping option?

If you wish to switch the shipping options for existing order, please update it from Order History, the shipping fee will update automatically; if related order is in payment process, please do Contact Us as a change in shipping option may alter the postage; all request after the order was under shipment arrangement will not be entertained.

Would that be possible for self-collecting at E2046 office?

We are unable to offer such service at the moment.

Why am I being charged a US$2.00 fee for shipping?

US$2.00 is a registered fee which is other than the airmail fee. We prefer to use the registration service because of the Post will collect the signature of addressee (or their agent) upon delivery, that gives customer more security, protection & tracking use. 

Can I pick up my order at SF Express depot?

Yes, members please select the pickup location which is listed on SF website.
Use it as delivery address on your order with note stating (Pick up at SF xx service point).
You will receive SMS or phone notification once the parcel is delivered to service point. Pay the bill after confirming your identity.

Why do Taiwan customers need to fill in the "real-name verification number" ?

Since March 16, 2020, if choosing S.F. Express, Taiwan recipients are required by the customs to download the "EZ WAY Easy App" for Real-name Authentication" and online customs declaration. If the customer fails to provide a real-name verification number within 7 days, packages will be returned to the sender.

The following links may help to complete the registration;

1) Download the "EZ WAY" app and register your name, ID card and mobile number

2) "Real name authentication number" will be provided in the app

After obtaining the real name verification number, please log in to our website, "My Account", "Account Setting", and fill in the real name verification number; we will display it on the packages for customs inspection.

What kinds of shipment method could the Taiwan Customers choose?

Beside S.F.Express (Collect), or S.F.Economy (Collect) *, Taiwan customers can now choose "Taiwan Consolidation" ** as the shipment method, and the goods will be shipped locally

1) 7-11 store pickup is defaulted as freight collect ; customers needs to provide the 7-11 store number ( ) and its Chinese address, the recipient's name, mobile phone number and email address;
2) If due to size problems, it can only be sent by the Taiwan local post office, a postage payment request would be sent to notify the customers to pay the postage in advance; the customers needs to provide the recipient's name, Chinese address, mobile phone number, and convenient collection time slot;
3) The goods would be sent from our warehouse to Taiwan Agent first, to be distributed locally. The order status would then be officially changed to "Shipping Notice", and the courier tracking number would be provided. the whole process normally takes about 14 to 20 working days.

* If choosing PayPal or credit card as payment method, only S.F.Express (Collect), or S.F.Economy (Collect) could be chosen as shipment method"
** If choosing "Taiwan Agent" as payment method, only "Taiwan Consolidation" could be chosen as shipment method
