How to deal with possible lost shipment?

Registered Airmail - enquiry of any delay or loss of package should be raised within 3 months upon shipment notification;
Registered Surface Mail - enquiry of any delay or loss of package should be raised within 4 months upon shipment notification;
EMS or Russian airmail - enquiry of any delay or loss of package should be raised within 2 months upon shipment notification;
UPS, SF Express or Taiwan Consolidation - enquiry of any delay or loss of package should be raised within 1 month upon shipment

The time to reply to inquiries depends on the situation of the destination postal administration, and it may take two months or more to complete enquiries. Please be advised that we reserve the right to refuse any refunds or replacements for those enquiries received beyond the above-captioned period.
