This is the best PVC version of Queen's Blade Leina until now! So sexy and beautiful! Only her cast-off/cast-on process is painful to perform. Her box was the less damaged of the four PVC figures I've received from you this week but still there is some damage. You should use thicker cardbox to package PVC figures, the bubble wrapping isn't being effective to avoid damage.

Pixie box was damaged in shipping way beyond the acceptable, but since the package was opened by customs, I can't blame you. Fortunately the figure itself was intact. Once again I ask you to use thicker cardbox to package the figures. I keep the boxes of all my figures, for a collector the box artwork is an item to preserve and receiving a crushed box makes me sad.

KOS-MOS is another stunning figure from Alter and like Gwendolyn I've purchased two of them, one for me and other for a friend. On my request E2046 agreed to ship them in two separate boxes to help avoiding import duties here in Brazil (big packages have more chance of being charged) and it worked fine, no import duties! E2046 have the most flexible service to meet customer needs. Thank you again!
