The only thing special about the figure is it is Sailor V, which is quite rare for a Sailor Moon figure, hence why I bought her. The paint is simple, they could have added some gloss on her skirt and collar along with the pearlescent paint they did on her top and gloves, the same as what they did on their Ori.Gathering figures just to make her look more special. Her face could have been prettier too. Another thing is that she kind of leans forward on top of her base and I had to cut some parts of the peg to fix how she stands. Overall she's just okay, I'd say she's not worth the price and could have been a bit cheaper.
