The figure is my very first purchase in May 2017. I just finally got an email saying it was delivered in October 2017....I got the email in November 2017. Yes, it takes that many months to recieve just ONE figure. Super slow shipping. The figure was supposed to delivered to my current forwarding address. It delivered to my previous address and I wasn't notified until 2 weeks after it was delivered to my old address. TWO WEEKS! Pathetic! I moved to a new city so I had to call the post office of my old address to ask if they had it. I got a "NO". They were kind enough to check the post office 2 miles away and THEY had it instead. Why does a post office in the city I didn't live in have my mail? So, after asking to have my figure forwarded to my current address, the local post office here refused to deliver it! They claimed they didn't have hereBefore I requested a full refund from E2046, I tried for 2 more weeks to recieve my first purchase. The local post office shipped it to me after a lawsuit threat. I finally got my figure in December 2017, MONTHS after it was "delivered". With the runaround, I am happy to say the figure arrived in perfect (nothing broken) condition. Shipping inside the United States is a joke. Warning!! Don't move addresses 5 months after ordering your figure(s) of you risk losing your figure(s) in the EMS mail and the USPS mail. I will not be ordering anything ever again.

she is perfect!!!one small detail, her eyes collour is blue not green !! the same problem has the sailor moon eternal..iam telling this for your future releases! i think you should mess of her hair a little more. 😉 i hope ori will release more figures inspired from those mommentary scenes from the anime! most figures are just poses ,attack,transfomantion,this is a very special figure.nice 😊

Excellent figure. Great details. I am very happy with my purchase. My only complaint is about the eyes that were painted green rather than blue. Sailor Moon never had green eyes. On the plus side, everything is ok!

Probably the most stunning and elegant figure I've ever received. The quality is top notch on her paint in every vivid detail. Her eyes perfectly capture that world-weary moment in the series. My only complain like many others is that she is very, very delicate and doesn't sit right on her stand. Her foot just doesn't seem to sit right on the stone, so she leans back a little. This is amended by putting a small piece of tissue to proper her up more, but I'd love a better suggestion to help stabilize her. I'm afraid of her falling over so much. Thank you for all your hard work!

The figure was packaged really really well, perfect and accurate package for this delicate figure. The painting is excellent, I had some troubles with the stand (and with her foot) but everything else is perfect!

This is a very delicate figure. Mine arrived without any damage, but it feels very fragile. It also doesn't rest on the display stand very well. The post at the bottom of her foot doesn't go into the stand all the way so her other foot does not even touch the base, making the figure feel like it's not sturdy. The paint job on the figure is fantastic and I couldn't find any flaws on any of the pieces. The expression in the eyes is also well done. It is hard to look away. E2046 captured this moment of Sailor Moon very well. Everything was packaged carefully and with extreme care. The figure was also very easy to assemble. Overall extremely happy with this purchase!

Paint job is perfect, but disappointed that the pieces don't fit together snugly. I had to glue them together to make sure they were securely in place because they were so loose. The peg on her foot was too long, so I ended up breaking it off when trying to put her on her stand. Thankfully I have some skill in crafts and hobbies, so I was able to make a decent repair to it.

Absolutely stunning figure and paint job. I was nearly in tears when I received this figure. The paint job is so precise and the emotion is reflected exquisitely. Never have I ever felt the phrase, "it looks better in person" to be so real. I cannot contain my happiness. Shipped and packed perfectly and the parts fit like a glove. Absolute perfection!

This is a wonderful figure, although Sailor Moon empty eyes not made well. Her face is look different in the pictures. A very fragile figure, but the e2046 is really helpful and kind. Now Her really is stable in my cabinet. :) Thank you very much e2046.
