Received the long awaited figure just today. Only 5 days from HK to Singapore including the weekend! With fast shipping like this who needs FEDEX?? The kit is secured well inside a sturdy plastic container as usual and all the parts are inside. However I do have a problem with the kit.....when I receive the kit one essential piece of resin has already been sanded away from one of the pieces. Is it possible for me to get a replacement?

All arrived well, took a bit longer than usual, but this was because i got lucky with the taxman ... they chose my packet to fill the state treasure had to pay 10ａ taxes (wich i think is only half the amount it should be) The contents of the package where fine, good packaged no damage at all. Got a lot more painttrays then i thought though apparently the nr12 is the number of trays and not the size The figure is magnificent, i just looovee that madoka in phalanx mode, i was very happy when i finally saw it appearing as preorder on e2046 The cast is very good, not too heavy seems and almost no pinholes or errors. Very good quality Anyways yet again thx a lot for the great service and quick delivery you guys provide, Greets K. PS. One thing i like to add about the madoka though, from one of the parts there's a connection pin sanded away completely, probably confused with a mold flash (this happened on both my figures) added some pictures to identify it. Is it maybe possible to get a replacement for this since quite a lot of the figure is carried by this wing.

Order confirmed : 28/05/04 Shipped : 04/06/04 Received in France : 10/06/04 A really nice kit with lots of parts, which presume of a funny incomming puzzle. Hopefully a plan of the kit is provide, as well as pictures for color references and a proof that each parts where check before packing. The pack itself is a hard plastic box, the parts are well protected with bubble paper and nothing was broken during travel (Air mail). I must say : "A Top Rated Service" !! Concerning the cast of the kit itself, no major default except on the top of the head where it's missing some details because of a large bubble. Hopefully I will easily put some putty to fill the hole and after painting nothing would appear anymore. Very nice kit and pretty large !
