I really enjoyed this kit. Is the perfect pair for the 'Rei Ayanami in Plugsuit' Kit, even looks like it was made by the same sculptor. The fittings are good and will not give much work.

My first kit purchase from E in 4 years and my first Ori. Well, the sculpt looks nice and has good detail, no bubbles to be found and the fit seems to be just ok, not great not terrible. BUT the workshop is sanding the seam lines down before shipping the kit, sometimes destroying detail and flattening round parts. Her inner right thigh has a flat area due to over sanding that I will have to rebuild out of putty among other problems. Please please please stop sanding the parts and let us do our own prep work.

Other than loss of detail on the torso which makes it a bit difficult to mask really clean lines the casting is excellent. There hardly is any flash. Many tiny pieces and very delicate. After this, I have decided that anything smaller than 1/7 scale is not for me lol.

The sculptor did a fantastic job. She looks like a real girl cosplaying Asuka. All parts are safely packaged (as always!) and fit very well.

Finally I have the compatible Asuka for my Rei. The cast looks really good.

Well what a lovely figure! The pose, expression are spot on and with the more 'realistic' human proportions which characterise this series, Misato is pretty sexy. But what about the quality? I hear you say. As usual from ORI the moulding is excellent , fine detail is faithfully reproduced and all the parts fit so well it almost holds itself together. One thing I have noticed is that she is standing as if wearing high heels, but there are no heels provided so she is standing on her tip toes. I have started the kit and on the whole its going well. My only gripe I suppose is that masking can be a bit tricky in some places if you're using an airbrush. On the whole though I would thoroughly recommend this kit
